The Milne Bay Military Challenge returns in 2018 on Sunday, 18 March to the national parks of Toowoomba, Queensland on Sunday, 18 March 2018.
The event raises funds for Toowoomba based charities, and will have teams of 2, 3 or 4 people taking on a 7km, 15km or 30km course. There are 3 checkpoints along the 15km course, and those competitors stepping up to tackle the 30km will do the course loop twice.
The event honours the hallowed memory of the many men who voluntarily enlisted from the Downs, and who entrained at, or passed through Toowoomba to become members of the 2/25th Battalion.
