More about this event
SPD Ability Walk and Run 2019 is the 4th charity walk event that SPD is organising. This year, other than our usual 3km walk, we are introducing a 5km run category for leisure runners too!
All funds raised will be channelled to help over 9,500 people with disabilities access the programmes and services offered at SPD.
This event also aims to provide an opportunity for everyone of different abilities to interact together and serves to promote inclusion and raise awareness of disabilities.
Participants can not only have a fun Sunday morning with family and friends, but also enjoy experiential learning through simulated activities and games to better understand about the challenges faced by people with disabilities.
