  More about this event
There are two World Heritage Sites in Hiroshima. One is Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima Island and the other is the A-Bomb Dome of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial. Running the Ecomarathon on the much less famous Ninoshima Island provides you with a chance to see the rural side of Japan without leaving Hiroshima Metropolis. As the race is on Sunday, it is the perfect day to get away from the crowded tourist venues. The island is just 30 minutes by ferry from Hiroshima Ujina Ferry terminal, which is at the last stop of the tram. Feel free to contact the organizer for assistance.

Race supported by: Second Harvest, Refugees International Japan, Decathlon JP

Capacity: 500 people

Cut off: Half Marathon: 2 hours , 3km Fun Run: 30 minutes, 10km: 75 minutes
