Singapore T100 Triathlon 2025
More about this event
THE SWIM
You’ll make history by being part of the first-ever triathlon swim in Marina Bay, which boasts one of the world’s most iconic and stunning city views. The freshwater 2km swim will set off in a rolling start format from the start pontoon near the incredible Helix Bridge. Large marker buoys will guide you around the point-to-point swim, which heads under the Benjamin Sheares Bridge towards the southeast before turning around and back under the bridge. You’ll then bear left past the ArtScience Museum before reaching transition in the shadow of the Marina Bay Sands hotel.
With a usual water temperature of 28°C it’s almost certainly going to be a non-wetsuit swim.
Athletes must be competent swimmers to participate in this event. During registration you will be asked to confirm that you have completed at least three (3) open water swims. You must also submit proof that you have completed an open water swim of distance of 1500m or greater since 1 January 2025 at a pace of 2min30sec per 100m or faster, (ie a time of 37min30sec for 1500m or 47min 30sec for 1900m).
This proof must be uploaded to your registration before 11:59 SST (GMT +8) on 17 March 2025. Valid proof includes finisher certificate or screenshot of a race result showing event date, athlete name, swim distance and swim time.

Swim cut-off: Completing the first 200m within 5 minutes, completing 2km within 55 minutes after your swim wave start.
THE BIKE
The bike course takes place on a closed city circuit route starting and finishing at Marina Bay. The fast course is on smooth tarmac with low rolling resistance and is made up of five 16km laps.
What sets this course apart from any other is the location – smack in the middle of the city with stunning views of Marina Bay and the city skyline. You’ll cycle past many of the city’s most iconic landmarks including the ArtScience Museum, Helix Bridge, Singapore Flyer, and Marina Bay Sands hotel as well as crossing the Benjamin Sheares Bridge.
The total elevation of the bike course is approximately 700m. Each lap has an aid station giving athletes five opportunities to top up on energy and hydration.
