World Oral Health Day with Bishan parkrun 2025

Event day schedule:
0700am - Singlet collection starts at the shelter 50m East to dog run area at Bishan park (see parkrun course details). Look out for the parkrun flag.
0720am - First-timer's briefing and final call for singlet collection
0730am - Run commences. It is 5km, or 2 loops around Bishan park (East side). The run will only be called off if there is lightning warning. You can drop out anytime. Water is at the toilet block. There is no finisher's medal/certificate. BYO-bottle.This is an environmentally conscious running event.
0830 - Photo taking and help to tidy the place
0840 - Optional Bkfast/coffee at GRUB pasta kitchen (dog friendly, stroller friendly). - not free, but you get a 10% discount being part of parkrun Singapore.

*this is not a competitive event, there will not be prizes. Bishan parkrun is ongoing every Saturday, and t you may wish to recce or familiarise the route and process prior. You may also continue to join Bishan parkrun to achieve better personal bests, at your own risk*
