Why Women Run is an annual Y Women's Event at Cornwall Park in Auckland with 5 km and 10 km run or walk events for women only, a school girls 5 km and junior dash girls.

The course is a loop starting and ending at Cornwall Park Sports Association Club Rooms on Puriri Drive in Epsom. The 5 km run is one loop and the 10 km two loops.
