The Freshie Handicap is a 5km loop following the cane fields and Lower Freshwater Road with race one on Saturday, 11 November 2017.
Race One is a mass start where you run your hardest to beat your best 5km time. Race Two has a handicapped start, based on your time from the first race. The closest to the handicap wins.
The course is mostly road shoulders and asphalt, and there are a couple of multi-purpose pathways to keep you away from the traffic. With the weather warming up though, bring your swimmers for a refreshing cool down in Freshwater Creek!
