The Coast to Kosci Ultramarathon starting on Friday, 8 December 2017 is an annual 240km race from sea level at Twofold Bay near Eden to the Strezleki monument at the summit of Australia's highest mountain, Mt Kosciuszko, 2228m above sea level.

Crews are necessary and crews and crew cars must comply with the requirements of the NSW State Police.

Runners may be accompanied by a pacer after sunse on Friday evening, 15 hours after the commencement of the race. After this time, runners are permitted to utilise only one crew member as a pacer, at any one time, with the exception of Charlotte Pass to Mt Kosciuszko and return.
