Athletics Essendon welcomes all distance runners to take part in the Zatopek Graded 10km Track Races at Moonee Valley Athletics Centre in Aberfeldie, Victoria on Tuesday, 12 December 2017.
These THREE track races will be conducted at the Athletics Essendon 400m running track.
Make the most of this opportunity to complete the rarely raced 10km distance on the track, this is the race of truth for all distance runners. Club runners, community runners, corporate runners, fun runners, joggers, mountain runners, park runners, recreational runners, social runners, trail runners, triathletes and ultra runners are all welcome at this inclusive event.
You do not have to be a member of an athletics club to compete in this event, all runners are welcome.
These three graded track races are for runners of all abilities to provide runners with the opportunity to race on the track in a graded competitive race. There will be three separate track races on the night, select the division that best matches your best 10km time in the last two years.
