Dr Carl James
Dr James is a Senior Applied Physiologist at the National Sports Institute of Malaysia, working with the Malaysian national squash team, as part of the Podium Programme. Dr James received his PhD in 2016 from the University of Brighton, where he investigated acute and chronic interventions to aid endurance performance in the hot and humid conditions, including; precooling, ischemic preconditioning and heat acclimation. Dr James is also a BASES accredited physiologist and a Chartered Scientist. He holds an MSc from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc from Bangor University.
