I'm Jamie and I graduated with a Diploma in Nutrition, Health, and Wellness. I've studied therapy assistance and have learned from clinical physiotherapists how functionality will always remain as one of the top goals of every exercise plan.
I've always been an active person -- can't sit still and always on the move. I get restless easily if I'm not physically active.
I was trained in netball during my secondary schools day but when that ended, I fell into mild anorexia. I increased my activity levels and starved myself, consuming 700kcals and below every single day for 3-4 months. I found out about lifting weights and it changed my life.
3 years later, I have explored and experimented with various kinds of exercises from boxing to dancing, and one thing still remains the same -- function will always remain as one of my goals.

First race: 2018, a 5-km run for Parkinson's disease awareness.
Favorite race: It has to be my first one as I ran and pushed myself alone.
Favorite training place: Pasir Ris Park!
