Began my running journey in 2013 as part of my weight-loss program. Weight dropped from a 3-digit figure to a 2-digit.
To date, I've run 1 FM, 8 HM and countless other short distance races since 2014.
When I'm not running, I do LesMills RPM™, BodyPump® and occasionally BodyCombat®.
Currently working towards my RPM™ certification.
I'm here to share mostly my overseas running experience.
