I am on a personal mission. My Goal is simple : To be a Better Me ! To beat my personal best.
This is now my life philosophy and way of life. It relates to everything I do. In my daily life, every day, I want to be constantly improving. As the saying goes, "If you are not improving, you are getting worse".
I want a better me in my Spiritual, my Social, my Mental and my Physical.
And Physical improvement is why I am here. To be Fitter, Stronger, Faster. So I fun lah !!!
As recently as 2011, my doctor told me I was obese standing at 5ft9inch tall and weighing in at 210lbs. Exercise and good food as part of a healthy lifestyle has seen me lose weight, slim down, and muscle up. I am now about fit and healthy 165lbs
My fittest and strongest ever.
But tomorrow I will be fitter and even stronger.
Over the past couple of weeks, I started running - for the first time ever.
My first run was 2.17km in 15mins.
Sure, you might think that is very slow. But I don't care, it was My Personal Best and I will beat it, improve on it, become faster, run for longer and will become a better me
