No Dry Run is about my interesting, sweaty, real running experiences: the highs and lows, the pleasure and pain, the ordinary and extraordinary. I like the running for its simple motion and the clarity it brings. I started running in my teens and subsequently joined my junior college’s track & field team. For a few years I took part in road races, then suffered injuries, and now I’m back running with a different perspective of the sport. I write more about my running and fitness experiences at nodryrun.wordpress.com
