1. Run towards metabolic rate ( Temporary vs Long Term solution) – Improvement and Increase . Temporary. You can improve them by having Green Tea. Consistent.
2. Running Withdrawal (5 Needs of Life ) – Fatigue , Difficulty in focusing. Head ache.
