Vladimir Salin

I've been running for years since I was a teenager. Now, I spend 10-15 hours every week "on the road". I do occasional trail & cross-country runs, but good 'ol road running is my favourite. I've been through different competitive runs: from 5-10K to half- and full marathons. Being often involved in various races and competitions across the UK, I found it fascinating to share my experience and thus, started writing about past & oncoming races, the running equipment, nutrition and whatnot. Hope you find it any help for your personal running journey!
