Started running in 2015 to loose some weight, never thought would be addicted and now became part of my life.
Like many others, I found joy in running, other than loosing weight, keeping fit, releasing stress, there are also monetary rewards (from an Insurance provider and HPB).
I have gained from reading others' running blogs and I hope others will find something helpful from My Running Journey.
