More about this event
Back now for its ninth year, the 2017 Yumigo! Adelaide 6/12/24 Hour event promises to be bigger and better than ever.
This IAU Bronze Label event is a must-do on the Australian ultra calendar every year. Its unique format means that you can make your own finish line. Want to aim high and qualify for an Australian ultra team? Tick. Want to see if you can run that 100km in less than 12 hours? Tick. Want to compete in an ultramarathon run with frequent food stops and support never far away, and do it with a bunch of great people? Tick.
The central location means it's a very short trip into the Adelaide city centre, and not far from an array of accommodation options. And with thanks to our sponsors you can pick up some great random draw prizes and vouchers. Plus every starter receives a medal!
Being school holidays the opportunity is there to experience more of South Australia than just the weekend of the 6/12/24. It is widely known that amazing running trails are located less than twenty minutes' drive from the CBD. Or head down the Fleurieu to the scenic seaside town of Victor Harbor, or north for some wine-tasting in the Barossa. There's lots to see in such a small area of our beautiful state, so please let the organisers know if you would like some more information.
Come and be a part of one of Adelaide's unique and revered running events. We look forward to hosting you and providing you with a memorable weekend of running.
