The Aoraki Mt Cook Marathon is a road running in the Aoraki Mt Cook National Park, and is held the day before the Aoraki Mount Cook Classic Cycle Race.
The event offers challenges for all abilities including a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 KM and 5 KM - Something for everyone!
All events in the Aoraki Mt Cook National Park encompass breath-taking scenery - Runners and walkers follow the main Mt Cook Road that meanders its way amongst awe inspiring lake, mountain and glacial landscapes - quite possibly one of the world's most scenic road marathons.
