The Run course takes you through the lush greenery, bush tracks and scenic beaches of Nirwana Gardens to a palm-tree-lined finishing chute. The run course is undulating and generally well shaded. You’ll pass beach bungalows and hotel pools filled with cheering fans. Drink stations (water, isotonic drink, and cold sponges) are available at least every two kilometers.
