Featuring the only Marathon on the NSW South Coast, The Long Course Weekend from Friday, 27 October to Sunday, 29 October 2017 is all about choice... Choose to take part in one day or choose to take part in all three days... Choose your distance... The Choice is yours
Race up to Iron distance or use the event to have a have a go at a particular discipline. Race distances vary from short to iron and marathon distances.
This fun inclusive format is ideal for clubs, training groups and families to come along and enjoy the benefits of training and racing together. More than 1000 competitors are expected to attend the LCW with approximately 200 athletes attempting to receive the Long Course Weekend medal, which entails completing all three of the longest distances.
Whether you are looking to complete a triathlon over 3 days or looking to take part in a single day event this innovative concept gives the participant all the choice.
