Participants collecting their own race pack are required to bring along the following documents:
Race confirmation email (hard or soft copy)
NRIC or other photo ID
and a letter of consent (for participants below 18 years of age as of 31 December 2019)
Participants that are unable to collect their own race pack in person can authorise someone to collect on your behalf with the following documents:
Letter of authorisation (hard copy only)
Race confirmation email (hard or soft copy)
Photocopy of participant’s NRIC or other photo ID
and a letter of consent (for participants below 18 years of age as of 31 December 2019)
Alternative pick up is also available from 16 to 19 July 2019, 9.30am to 6pm at Orchid Country Club by appointment only. Participants are to email [email protected] for confirmation before heading down.
