The annual Nelson Shoe Clinic Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon and 5 km is organised by Athletics Nelson.

The course is a flat loop with Quarter Marathoners going around once and Half Marathoners twice. There are two drink stations for the Quarter Marathoners and four for the Half Marathoners.
