Primary Home Run 2017 is an annual fundraising event organized for the benefit of PSEFI – SKILLS Scholars. AThe thrust of the foundation is poverty alleviation by providing free skills training, competency assessment and employment to the marginalized members of the community such as out-of-school youth, out-of-school adults, women, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). It operates through the School of Knowledge, Industrial Labor, Leadership and Service (SKILLS) as the accredited training and assessment center.
