Run For Life; Running for our health, running for the lives of others. Run For Life seeks to bring the involvement of the community onto a whole new level where every individual, regardless of their age can get involved.
Take a look into your shoe cupboard. How many pair of running shoes do you own, but have not used? Think about our children, most do not own running shoes.
