  2. The cut off time is 8.20am and the start time 7.30am. That means that runners who take more than 50 mins to finish the 10km run are not entitled with the finisher medal. Is this the case? Thanks

  3. Can i assign someone to collect the race pack on my behalf as i staying oversea ? What is the procedure for that ?
