Racekit Collection
*Location: The pedestrian area of Tran Nhan Tong Street and the main gate of Thong Nhat Park, Hai Ba Trung district.
*Time: From November 1st-2nd, 2024.
- Runners must save and present the QR code along with the original personal documents (ID card/ citizenship card/passport/...) used for registration to receive the Race Kit..
- Runners need to be at the starting line 30 minutes before the race.
- Runners can reach the starting point by taxi, car, bus, motorcycle, or on foot.
Medical Commitment
- Each runner is responsible for their health condition when registering for the Race.
- By receiving the BIB number from the Organizing Committee (OC), each runner accepts and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Race.
- Additionally, by receiving the BIB number from the OC, runners participating in the Race officially acknowledge having their health checked by a medical expert within at least 3 months before the Race and being confirmed fit to participate.
Age Limit
- 5 km event: Athlete must be 10 years and above (born in 2014 or earlier)
- 10 km event: Athletes must be 14 years and above (born in 2010 or earlier).
- 21 km, 42 km events: Athletes must be 16 years and above (born in 2008 or earlier).
Race Route Map, GPX file, and details about Water and Medical Stations will be updated later
- The route may be adjusted to optimize athletes' performance (PR) and the safety of the route, but it still ensures the non-looping course of a star-rated marathon and is a symbol of the Capital. Any changes will be remeasured and confirmed by AIMS.
- Kilometer markers: Kilometer markers will be placed along the route, however, the specific placement may create a certain tolerance calculated in meters from the start point, so the markers are only for directional purposes. Runners should not calculate their running speed based solely on these markers.
Security and Medical Forces on the Route
- Hanoi's security and medical forces will be on-site and on the route to support athletes.
- Decisions made by security or medical personnel are final, including the request for an athlete to stop participating in the race for security or medical reasons.
Photos of the Race
- The OC will arrange professional photographers and videographers to capture and record images of the race for runners at some scenic points along the route.
- All photos will be posted on the official website or fanpage of the program after the event.
- Therefore, runners should not forget to visit the website or fanpage of the Race to order their memorable pictures.
Race Results
- The results will be continuously updated live on the official website while the race is in progress, allowing runners to track their own or other athletes' running times on the spot.
- The full results will be published on the website immediately after the end of the race.
