Long Distance RSR: 10.5KM RUN / 1500M SWIM / 10.5KM RUN
Standard Distance RSR: 5.25KM RUN / 1000M SWIM / 10.5KM RUN
Sprint Distance RSR: 5.25KM RUN / 500M SWIM / 5.25KM RUN
Freshmen Distance RSR: 2.5KM RUN / 200M SWIM / 2.5KM RUN
