1) Individual - Extended Distance: 2.25km Swim / 42km Bike / 15km Run (Ages 18 and up)
2) Individual - Standard Distance: 1.5km Swim / 36km Bike / 10km Run (Ages 18 and up)
3) Individual - Sprint Distance: 750m Swim / 18km Bike / 5km Run (Ages 16 and up)
4) Individual - Mini Distance: 200m Swim /12km Bike / 2.5km Run (Ages 13 and up)
5) Individual - Kids Distance: 100m Swim / 6km Bike / 1.5km Run (Ages 9 - 12)
