More about this event
Event Description :
Let the colours of Holi spread the message of peace and happiness. Varna Run is the first ever Holi Run in University of Malaya. Varna Run is based on the concept of Holi Festival which is the festival of colours. It is a combination of a 5km run and Holi festival. Varna Run starts off with a 5km run around University of Malaya. Once the race is over, the fun continues with the Holi Festival, a larger-than-life party equipped with music, dancing, vendors, and more massive colour throws, which create millions of lively colour combinations. Participants will be dousing each other with colours after dark. During the Holi festival we will have concert and performances by famous Malaysian Artists. One of our event main objectives is to nurture healthy lifestyle with a unique yet traditional touch among people in Malaysia and to channel funds to charity
