Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is a charity organisation that provides home-nursing care, home-medical care, and assistance in social welfare to patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Since 2009, we have been organising an annual Charity Walk as our signature fund-raising event. Through our “Walk for Love” charity event, we are encouraging everyone to spend a meaningful morning out with their loved ones, to spread the message of caring for one another, and to also reach out to the underprivileged in the community.
We are also encouraging patients and their families, students, corporations, professional groups and our healthcare colleagues to promote community and family bonding through fun and fulfilling outdoor activities.
