Bad organisation on 2XU 2023, Q for >3 hrs to collect race pack. Tips: break down collection pack into different categories, different number tag.. it will definitely help you in issuing the tag faster..

I guess your strength is in Q management. ICA at CQ will definitely need such excellent skill of yours!
